What to Expect at Back to Health Chiropractic & Wellness Centre
Your First Visit:
When you arrive at the Kingston Back to Health Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for your first appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly and enthusiastic staff members and given intake paperwork to fill out.
This initial visit is your assessment with Dr Daniel Rainbow. During this first visit, Dr Rainbow will discuss your medical history and perform a physical exam. The initial exam will include a full orthopaedic evaluation and x-ray evaluation if deemed necessary. After your exam is complete, return to the front desk to book your pre-report workshop and report of findings appointment.
Second Visit:
Your pre-report appointment is an essential component in your care. We use cutting edge research to educate you on the principals of health offering strategies to reduce spinal problems and optimise your general health. This powerful workshop enables you to interpret your results during your ‘report of findings’ and enables you to make informed decisions about your health.
Third Visit:
After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll provide you with a diagnosis and discuss a treatment plan. We call this the ‘report of findings’. We recommend that you bring a partner or family member with you for this appointment as it is important for them to understand your health issues and to offer support and encouragement through your programme of care.
During this 30 minute appointment, Dr Rainbow will explain the diagnosis and give you his best recommendation for treatment. He will help you to fully understand your condition and discuss implementation strategies to resolve your health issues.
